    Love their salads. We had 10 different varieties to choose from and the chicken gyro sandwich as delicious.

    Great place and great food. Jay and his wife do an outstanding job of serving their customer. If you have not tried this deli, make plans to go there. Salad variety is excellent and sandwiches are really good.

    While we would have loved to try the food based on the reviews, due to the extremely rude and downright offensive behaviour of the owner, we did not. Too bad, as we have been winter snowbirds for over 20 years. I entered to see if they were open as the door was wide open. It was 11 a.m. The owner simply glared with an angry look and kept looking at his watch. I asked if he was open yet and he ignored me. I then asked another question about the deli where I got a very aggressive "no". It was quite upsetting actually. As snowbirds we love the island, businesses and people on it. This was the first time we have met anything other than friendliness and great service.

    4th St. Deli is NOT you average deli/sandwich shop. The owners have always been very welcoming and friendly. The food, especially the salads etc are outstanding. This is a great place to stop for lunch.
